Lt. Bill Proll (ret) and Sheriff Ian Parkinson are headed to Germany this June to represent the United States and California in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics World Summer Games.

For more than 30 years, Bill and Ian have worked tirelessly for Special Olympics and are continuing to raise money for a great cause.
